We have many established relationships with wonderful nanny/ family assistants and create new relationships every day. We will hand-pick the top candidates for your family to save you time and schedule interviews in the comfort of your own home.

03 | We help you create an offer

Once you have chosen the right nanny, we help you make it official. We will guide you through creating a thoughtful offer and clear working agreement, and provide family and nanny handbooks and helpful resources so everyone knows what to expect from the start.

04 | We provide on-going support

. Our support doesn’t stop once your nanny starts. We are here to answer questions, offer guidance, and provide ongoing resources to help keep your relationship strong. If your nanny is sick, on vacation, or simply unavailable, we can even help with backup care.
