I started Preferred ChildCare in 2001 while I was still in college, with no idea where this little business would take me or how much it would change my life.
Twenty-five years later, I'm still here, still learning, and still incredibly passionate about bringing the right people together!
I'm also a mom of four, so I understand firsthand the beautiful, exhausting, sometimes chaotic adventure of raising children while balancing work, schedules, and everything in between. I've been the parent searching for dependable help, the employer making difficult hiring decisions, and the mom who just needs a little breathing room.
The right support doesn't just make life easier. It changes how you get to experience your family.
Beyond Preferred ChildCare, I have had the privilege of consulting with hundreds of business owners, helping nanny and staffing agencies around the world improve how they recruit, hire, and support people. Combined with my master's degree in organizational development, that experience has shaped how we approach every search at PCC.
