Simply call or email a request to our agency with at much notice as possible prior to the time you need childcare assistance.

02 | Review your match

We personalize each placement through our NannyMatch System™ to ensure the best fit for your family. You will log into our confirmation system to view the name and photo of your nanny to get to know them better.

03 | Meet your Nanny

The nanny will arrive promptly at your home or where care is needed. Preferred ChildCare will charge your account and compensate your nanny.

04 | Rate your Nanny

Customize your list of favorite nannies by completing a review. We will start with your highest rated Specialists for future needs.

05 | We save you money

We offer an exclusive membership to keep your rates low and costs more predictable. The more you use our service, the more you save!
