FULL TIME NANNY NEEDED
A nurturing household in Kernersville, NC 27284 is seeking a dedicated caregiver for a 6-week temporary placement. The family maintains a structured, faith-based environment and values a professional comfortable with reading Bible stories and praying before meals. As the parents work from home, the household is a collaborative space where they may occasionally interact with the children. The home also includes a family dog that requires basic care, such as fresh water and outdoor access.
Children: Primary care for a 3-month-old infant
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM (52.5 hours/week). One Tuesday per month requires a 7:00 AM start.
Key Tasks: Managing infant feeding and nap schedules, planning developmental play, handling children’s laundry, and maintaining an organized nursery and play area.
Compensation: $775-$915/week DOE
The ideal candidate is a bubbly, high-energy professional with extensive infant experience and a genuine passion for early childhood development. They must be safety-conscious, reliable, and physically capable of navigating stairs while carrying 20+ pounds. This caregiver should be a proactive communicator who remains calm under pressure, takes initiative with light household management—including laundry and organization—and is comfortable working in a faith-based household with parents who work from home.
