All ChildCare Specialists Have Met the Following Qualifications:

• Infant/Child CPR and First Aid Training/Certification
• 18 years of age or older
• 3 years minimum ChildCare experience
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D
• Personal interview with agency
• Reliable transportation 
• Prepared to keep a daily log

All Preferred ChildCare Specialists are carefully screened and have had the following background checks performed:

• North Carolina State and County Screening (Felony and Misdemeanor)
• North Carolina Driving Record Checks
• Sexual Misconduct Record
• Social Security Verification
• Resume and Reference Check

Most importantly, our ChildCare Specialists are committed to providing loving care to your children.
